Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Arrived broken, or won't turn on? Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to us through the contact page, with a photo or short video within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost, and you don't need to send the broken one back.

Cancellations: you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once it has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Your rights: this policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law, including if an item isn't as described.
