How big is the picture?
It depends on how far back the light stands. The supplier's figures run from about 43 sq ft at 3 ft to about 322 sq ft at 26 ft. The best balance of size and sharpness is 10 to 15 ft from the wall.
Does it work in daylight?
No. It's an LED projector, so it's made for after dark. It shows best on a light-colored wall or garage door, with the porch lights off.
Can it stay out in the rain?
Yes. It's IP44 rated for outdoor use, so rain is fine. Plug it into an outdoor or covered outlet.
How long does it stay on?
The light has a built-in cycle: on for 6 hours, off for 18, counted from when it gets power. Plug it into the Dusk Timer and that cycle starts at sunset every night.
Does one light show every style?
No. Each light plays one moving pattern, the style you pick. Two lights covers both sides of the house, or Halloween and then Christmas.
